Saturday Morning Yoga and Meditation--De-stress and start weekends refreshed with this light-hearted, compassionate and energizing! multi-level Ashtanga/Hatha yoga practice to  
 re-vitalize spirit/mind/body. Build community peace with brief closing meditation. Studies have proven that when groups do practices which lead to peaceful states, they affect the social harmony of their entire community. Improve flexibility, core strength, balance and energy with breath-linked postures and flows. Receive alignment tips.

Yoga Essentials for Lifetime Wellness—If you've never practiced yoga, feel intimidated in yoga class or feel stuck in certain poses and don't know how to go to the next level or...if you want to refine your foundation, this class is for you. Learn the keys to alignment for safety and empowerment. Discover how the breath moves through postures for healing and reversing aging.

Yoga Essentials for Lifetime Wellness II Multi-level!--If you liked Yoga Essentials or have had some beginning yoga and are ready for the next step, this class is for you! We'll deepen the foundation into the next level of asanas and pranayama (breathing/life force expansion). We'll explore inversions and arm balances. You'll receive lots of personal instruction...and challenges.  And if the class is needing some TLC, we'll meltinto restorative postures as well.

 

 

NEW! Yoga Essentials Level I is a One-Day Retreat! Improve your foundation, re-start your practice or begin for the very first time. Don't worry! It is not all physical. There will be lecture, demonstration, chairs and props! I'll give modifications and personal support...with love!
